This 4th book in the Kati series didn’t disappoint. The characters are believable and true to life. I really like the way the gang comes together to solve issues for everyone. This book is a great example of the adage “it takes a village”. The issues of bullying, abandonment and single parenting are realistically portrayed in a way that make sense for middle schoolers. Anxiously awaiting the next book. I love these characters

The cowboy lay sprawled across three entire seats in the posh Amarillo theater. When the usher came by and noticed this he whispered to the cowboy, "Sorry, sir, but you're only allowed one seat." The cowboy groaned but didn't budge. The usher became more impatient. "Sir, if you don't get up from there, I'm going to have to call the manager. The cowboy just groaned.
